Registration Costs
Registration Costs
The cost to join Pack 622 includes fees paid to the Boy Scouts of America (BSA) and the local Pine Tree Council (PTC). The breakdown is as follows:
BSA Youth Registration Fee - $85.00
Council Fee - $80.00
Credit Card Processing Fee - $4.95
Total Cost: $169.95
The fees above cover a full year from the date of registration.
If the cost is a concern, we are here to help! We want everyone to have the opportunity to join Pack 622. We also hope to reduce these fees in the future through fundraising.

Registration with BSA
Online registrations are available through My.Scouting.org via our Pack's signup page linked below.
During online registration, the fees listed above are collected through My.Scouting.org and paid by credit card.

Mail-In Registrations
Editable PDF registration forms are available for download here: Youth Application. When registering using these forms, the completed application can be brought to a Pack meeting or event.
Uniforms & Handbooks
Uniforms & Handbooks
Scouts are encouraged to wear uniforms to Den and Pack meetings. Many choose to wear a blue Scout Shirt, neckerchief, and neckerchief slide, with the blue Scout Shirt being used each year through Webelos or until it is outgrown. While uniforms add to the Scouting experience, all Scouts are welcome to participate whether they wear a uniform or not. For more details, see the Cub Scout Uniform Guide.
Cub Scout handbooks are used during Den meetings for activities that help Scouts earn badges and ranks.
Uniforms, handbooks, and other Scouting supplies can be purchased through ScoutShop.org or through the Pine Tree Scout Shop in Raymond, ME.
There are opportunities to purchase used uniforms or others in the Pack may have extras available.
